Our Services

    Capital Raising Solutions

A comprehensive range of fundraising instruments — from debt securities to equity and tax-efficient structures — tailored to your business stage and objectives.

Structured debt solutions for businesses seeking to raise capital through fixed-income securities.

    Loan Notes

    Debt Instrument

A loan note is a debt instrument issued by a company to raise capital from investors. The company borrows money from investors and agrees to repay the principal amount on a set maturity date, along with interest payments (known as coupons) at an agreed rate. Loan notes can be secured against company assets or unsecured.

    Bonds

    Debt Instrument

A bond is a fixed-income debt security issued by a company (corporate bond) or for a specific project (project bond) to raise capital. The issuer promises to pay the bondholder a fixed or variable rate of interest (the coupon) over a defined period, and to return the face value of the bond at maturity.

    Convertible Loan Notes

    Debt Instrument

A convertible loan note (CLN) is a hybrid instrument that starts as a loan but gives the investor the right to convert the outstanding debt into equity (shares) in the company at a future date, typically at the next funding round. CLNs usually include a conversion discount or valuation cap that rewards early investors.

    Process

    How It Works

A clear, structured approach from initial consultation through to a successful capital raise.

    01

    Initial Consultation

We start by understanding your capital requirements, business stage, and objectives. Our team discusses the available fundraising structures with you and your professional advisers.

    Structuring & Documentation
